It was a night of pomp and pageantry at the fundraiser for the "Inspire Africa Foundation", a SAVE A CHILD INITIATIVE. This initiative is to prevent and protect street children from abuse, violence and all forms of exploitation.

The Marketing Unit became the most sought after Unit during the week of the scheduled event. This was when it was discovered that limited tickets were available for the fund raiser which held on Saturday, January 31, 2009.

The beautifully decorated Expo Centre played host to the rich and famous with a common cause to alleviate the plight of the street child via the fundraiser.

The Inspire Africa Foundation, run by Mo Abudu, the beautiful hostess of the Talk Show, ‘Moments with Mo' was ably supported by the Lagos State Government and key Corporate Organizations (including GTAssur).

Nigerian and international Artistes were at hand to entertain the guests: Banky W, 2 Face, D'Banj, Asa, MI, Omawunmi, Donell Jones and a host of others.
